Moving Towards Future Pharmacy

Since our last overseas conference in February 2020, held in the Philippines, we’re happy to announce (after 2 years of waiting), the launch of our 13th Annual Community Pharmacy Conference in Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic. 

As you will be aware, the operating landscape for pharmacy has altered over these last two years and the Independent Community Pharmacy role has rapidly evolved and has now been recognised by the UK Secretary for Health as playing a significant role in the health of the nation. Sigma’s 2023 Annual Conference aims to address these changes and developments, bringing new and innovative ideas to the table, and offering alternative ways to grow your business and make a real difference for the Independent Community Pharmacy sector and for all the key UK healthcare stakeholders.

‘Moving Towards Future Pharmacy’ is our chosen theme for 2023, and we hope to deliver a conference that will encourage a new vision and a new way to present the vital role of community pharmacy.  We have a whole raft of keynote speakers and presenters who have been drawn from the emerging technologies, from the government, from the major health sectors and from award winning pharmacy practitioners.

Our 2023 Sigma Annual Community Pharmacy Conference will run from the 4-9 March, in Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic.
